Lost and Found Policy

– Lost items can be reported to the Express Transportation customer service desk at the point of departure or arrival, or by contacting our dedicated lost and found department through phone or email.

2. Lost and Found Process:
– Upon receiving a report of a lost item, Express Transportation staff will make every effort to locate and return the item to its rightful owner.
– All found items will be logged into our lost and found database, including a description of the item, the date and time it was found, and the location where it was found.

3. Item Retrieval:
– Passengers who believe their lost item has been found by Express Transportation are required to provide sufficient identification and proof of ownership to claim the item.
– Items can be retrieved from the designated lost and found location during operating hours or by appointment.

4. 48-Hour Holding Period:
– Express Transportation will retain found items for a period of 48 hours from the time they are logged into the lost and found database.
– During this 48-hour period, passengers have the opportunity to claim their lost items.
– After the 48-hour holding period, unclaimed items may be disposed of or donated to local charities at the discretion of Express Transportation management.

5. Limited Liability:
– Express Transportation assumes no responsibility for lost or misplaced items.

6. Exceptions:
